    Non-working code for Alan Wake


    I have a downloadable game code for Alan Wake that isn't working.

    I get a "Something went wrong. Give it another try." error on every attempt. This happens on both console and on the website.

    Chat support was unable to find an issue with my account or the code (the code is valid and unused)

    Ok, i've just received the Alan Wake Nightmare code, something is working in Microsoft. Still waiting for the other 2 codes.

    We have a number of customers that are having this same problem. It would be nice if Microsoft addressed the problem!

    Alan Wake codes still aren't working, more than 48 hours later. What is the cause of this?

    Hello bmcranston

    Have you tried calling Xbox Support Team? If you do they should help you, what they can do is try and escalate the case and when calling them give them the reference number so they can look up your case and read the previous agents notes. Have the code read
    when you call so they can search it up with their tools and have proof you of your Alan Wake code. Also just to let you know the Windows 10 Version of Quantum Break can take up 7-10 days from the release date for you to receive the code and the DLC's for Alan
    Wake also in case if you haven't gotten the code.
