Non stop Xbox Problems.

I'm having problems with Call of Duty games and being lagged/glitched third person in sessions. Go to shoot and i'm frozen third person cant shoot or throw grenades. Grand Theft Online 5 keeps freezing and telling me xbox live servers are not available at
this time. Whats going on with XBL servers?

I dont know if this is an internet issue or not but since movie my xbox has had the worse connection to my internet it always has 2 bars and d/cs often im with virgin and have the superhub my normal net speed on the laptop is about 4 bars.

What Call of Duty titles are you playing? (Older ones have a tendency to be ruled by lag-switchers and modders)

As for the status of Xbox Live, a quick jump onto the site should provide an alert in red text on the top of any and each Xbox.com page. If there is no report for service errors, it's most likely your personal internet. Even the best providers can cause
havoc for their customers by tinkering with their systems.

 

I have AT&T U-verse and a 30mb connection. I know every Call Of Duty game is full of Modders/Hackers/ Lag switchers. I think GTAV is going thru another update so thats why their servers are messing up. But seriously Call Of Duty is what is worse and my xbox
home menu wont load music from home button menu.

 

Try going to your system settings, select storage and hard drive, then go to system items (Marketplace cache, content cache, ect). Clear those by deleting them (don't worry, as long as you only wipe the caches, you won't lose anything valuable)

If the problem persists, move any items you downloaded that take time to re-download to another storage device (just for extra measures) and then delete your profile off the hard drive (be sure to select 'Delete Profile Only' and not 'Delete profile and
Items', so you can keep saved games and rewards/avatars/themes on your console). Wipe your drive absolutely clean in the 'system items' section and anything that does not concern game data/avatar dat. Re-download your profile, and then check again.

It's tedious, but it'll probably be worth it (I don't even thing you should have to move any DLC items to another storage, so do that only if you feel you need to)

I do know lag is NOT your issue..... Just an excuse--

The slowest connection is king during matchmaking.... You are only as fast as the slowest member anyway... DL speeds have NO impact on gameplay.
