Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to access the Microsoft Store on your console.

I recommend starting with a
power cycle on your console and see if that helps with being able to launch the Store once more.

There is currently a Xbox Live Service alert which could be indirectly affecting the performance of the app. If you are unable to launch the Store
after the power cycle, I recommend that you wait until after the
Xbox Live Status goes back to normal. You can even request to be notifed once that occurs.

Ciao Chester, anche io riesco a scaricare senza problemi i giochi in versione demo ma non acquisto più giochi completi dallo store se non si risolve tutto.

Grazie. Non l'ho trovato, ma lo faccio accedere quando gioca con il mio account. Così è anche meglio, dato che riesco a controllare di più sia il numero di volte in cui gioca sia il tempo.

Non riesco ad accedere alla schermata per ripristinare la console. Preciso che una xbox one x. Sul lato sinistro della cosole c’è il tasto di espulsione del disco
