Thanks for reaching out to us today. Now, it seems to be a billing error that is going on. Have you tried to check with your bank to make sure there isn't anything blocking from their end? If you have and If this is a constant message you're receiving and
you've already contacted your bank and resolved it through their end.

Then, I would suggest for you contact our Live Support as it's a billing problem
As hereon the forums we don't have the tools to help with this.
When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Thank you for reaching out. Upon starting your 10 hour trial of Anthem, you are advised to properly close out the game in order to prevent your timer from running down. As per

EA's Anthem trial page, "We can’t reset or add more time to EA Access Play First trials, and neither can the Xbox Support team."
