    Non receipt of Apex coins for in store purchase


    Hi

    On the 2 to 3 of Feb, I bought Apex coins with the release of the new season.
    My first transaction made on the 02/02 was for 2000 AC - Order number 6439167030
    My Apex account did not update with the coins i purchased. I then had to go back to the store and repeat the purchase - Order number 9023699737, which then reflected. The next day 03/02, I made another purchase of a 1000 AC coins which also worked. When I checked my account the next day I was billed for all of the transactions but did not receive the coins for the first transaction.

    To query a failed purchase is the worst from the support options you get from the website. Refunds request option is there but not to fix a failed purchase. Its not always you want a refund but to ask the team to fix the issue at hand.

    None the less I put in the refund and of cause it was rejected because I have already requested a refund for the very same thing that happen on the 03/01, again I received no product for the purchase, no option to request a fix to the problem other than a refund, I went to the developer developer sends me back to MS as its in their store I made the purchase. I reply to the email I received from the refund team at MS but of cause nobody replies to my mails send. My intention is to come to the site to buy something not do refund request for a instore error.

    Granted these things happen but if they do happen you policy allows for on refund a year, irrespective of how many time this issue happens. Imagine your customers don't pay subs every time you experience a problem or issue you face as you only allowed one problem a year. Makes no sense right. This is not the experience one wants to buy into. I pay every month for my subs and purchases I make. All I ask for is to give me what i paid for nothing more nothing less.
