buongiorno,

ho mandato in assistenza il mio joystik elitè white pagato 149,99 euro ( perché ha il tasto rotto) il giorno 14/08/2019.

il 16/08/2019 il centro di assistenza di Francoforte me lo spedisce un altro in cambio.

Sino a qui tutto bene .........il n traking sembra tutto ok ........ ma oggi 19/09/2019 ancora non sanno dove si trova e non sanno darmi spiegazioni in merito , Ma e tutto normale???

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. If I'm understanding the situation correctly, you sent your Elite controller in for replacement and are due to receive it, but have not gotten the replacement so far per the tracking on
the package. Is this correct?

If so, then I recommend that you
request a call back or chat with Xbox Support directly so that they may look into the matter to determine what is happening with the package. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools to directly assist with the location of replacement controllers
or consoles.

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic – warranty, service & repair
- Select - Show contact options
- Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available as the selections may change from time to time.
