Non-Profane Gamertag Unavailable, Even Though It Is.

I have been trying to acquire the Gamertag "Kuma" but it says that it is not available. When I try to do this on my Xbox One it just goes back to the suggestion screen without saying anything (this is why I figured it was marked as profane). I have contacted
support about this 4 times and finally I was led here. I understand that if you remove a letter it can reference profanity, however, Kuma means Bear in Japanese. Any chance that the Gamertag "Kuma" by itself can be allowed?

If Support told you that, they were wrong. The Enforcement team only posts in the Account/Console Ban forums, and then only to give reasons why an enforcement was handed down.

You can't have Wreckage because it is taken as W R E C K A G E with spaces, and gamertags can't differ only by spacing. (So if anybody told you that "wreck" was not allowed, they were probably wrong about that, too.)

"Kuma" is not a profane word by itself. There is a movie by this title as well I think. To be marked as improper the gtag should be so as it is without adding or removing letters or symbols mentally.
