Non authorized gamer tag change and charge !!!!

Okay this is the First time i've ever posted in/on a forum and I was referred here from Trevor at Microsoft support. Unfortunately they could not assist me further. They said someone on here could. So here is what happened. While my husband and I were
at work our 7 year old son accessed our xbox live account and changed our gamertag, which in turn, charged our banking account that does not have the funds to currently cover the expense of the change. So now we will incur additional charges to our account.
:-( Also the gamertag our son chose is simply ridiculous. Is there any way we can get our old gamertag back and the $ refunded or at least a free credit toward changing our gamertag back? Please help!

Gamer tag changed without my consent

I'm sure something like this had happened before but I'm new to the forum. My gamer tag was changed to done random tag without my knowledge. Does anyone know why and how to correct this without the absurd charge microsoft implements?

Help with changing gamer tag

i want to change my gt to TidalSnow but someone else has already got it and I don't want to replace one of the letters with numbers so if someone could suggest how I change it up a bit to use it that'd be great.

I've tried it with a space between as Tidal Snow but someone's got that too.

sorry your account is your responsibility at all times so you will not get a change for free or get that fee back. sure you can try to change it back to the old one as long as that tag was not selected by somebody else (when you change a tag the old one
is up for grabs) but it will cost you another 10 dollars I wish I could give you better news but that is all I can tell you.

its a .50 charge that is non refundable. Read what you authorize, the .50 after it is authorized, is given to charity. It's in the fine print.
