    Noises comming from my Xbox One after repairing.


    I sent my XBox for repairing a few weeks ago for the first time because my Controller lost the connection to the console and also the console lost the connection to the internet very often.

    I received an Xbox One with a broken fan because It's making loud noises when I play. The noise stops for a short time when I push e.g. the option menue in a game. It's like a sizzling noise which I never had before.

    Because of this problem I sent the xbox back to the support to get it repaired but nothing changed. I'm so pissed because they broke it and aren't able to repair it or what???

    Who has or had the same Problem?

    unusual hard drive noise

    hi, i bought an xbox one yesterday and i'm having some issues, whenever i put a disc on and launch the game, there's this "fan" noise comming from where the hard drive is, any idea on how it could be fixed? or do i have to get a new one?

    Liza4, How about you GTFO and go speak too xbox support. Any xbox that overheats and makes noise will need too be replaced or repaired, genius.

    you need to send your xbox one in for a repair . loud noise for a xbox one is not normal you can start repair order at xbox one support .com then you need to go down at the bottom where see repair and service center after that register your
    xbox one console then start a repair order . if you need more help you can call xbox support or go to xbox one support website do a text chat

    If you have the 250GB 360 then you can just install your games. That's what I do so I don't have to listen to the vibrating noise.

    Most games wont spin at all when installed. Some newer ones like MW3 and Skyrim will stop spinning after a few minutes of playing.

    That is your best bet rather than pay for a repair.

    EDIT: Oh and do record the noise if possible so that it can be confirmed that you hear the same vibrating noise me and my friend hear from our xboxes.

    There could be an internal issue with the Xbox. I had a squeaking noise and a scratching noise inside my Xbox and i was forced to exchange my xbox for a new one. Your best bet to fix this issue is contact an xbox representative who specializes in repairs
    and warranty.

    Xbox One, PSU noise. What is normal?

    My console was purchased in March, so it is not day one, but it is soon celebrating it's 1 year birthday.

    Like said, the PSU has made that noise since day one and so far it has worked otherwise without problems. So, to the main problem is that the noise is annoying and it might be a sign of a problem to come, but who knows.

    I know that lots of people have some kind of noise from the PSU, but based on what i have read, the noise mine makes is not what many people are experiencing. To me it sounds like the fan bearings could be bad or something like that.

    Other issue i had with the console is that the Kinect sensor completely died, did not turn on at all. I tried all the troubleshooting guides without success. So, it was sent for repairs and it is actually now on it's way back.

    My Xbox 360 was also being repaired , should come back on monday. After i get it back, i will consider about sending the Xbox One PSU for repairing, then i will at least have the 360 to play with while i wait for replacement PSU for One.
