Noise you power unit xbox one

Sorry to hear about the noise issue! Do you hear the noise coming from the Xbox One console or the power supply? Let's try a power so that we can drain the power and clear the system cache on your Xbox One console. Follow the steps below to power cycle your
Xbox One console!

• Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once the unit is powered off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  
• Plug the power back into the unit and power the console on.

You can try plugging it directly to an outlet not power bar or buy a new power unit but it's probably better to buy an xbox one s or higher since they don't have psus

Try laying your XBox horizontally. Never move the XBox when the unit is powered on. If there is still noise, push the top towards the tray and then push on the drive tray. Did you notice a change in noise? If the noise remains or gets worse, there is a possibility
the unit needs repair (1-800-4MY-XBOX). If the noise is better, it's up to you what action to take. DVD movies will always have drive noise since the media is always being "read". Games only run heavy when the game "calls" for data. So please keep this in

About the Xbox One power supply

All Xbox 360 power bricks have fans. They vary in the noise made. I would expect the Xbox One power bricks to be the same. I've had noisy fans in 360 power bricks and I've had silent fans. Luck of the draw.

If it's really annoying, I would pack the whole thing up and exchange it at your retailer for another unit.
