Noise when i put discs in

Hi all,

My xbox has started to make a noise when i put a disc in, i video'd it this morning and even started doing it after i had turned off the box and left the disc in?

I can basically hear the system spinning the disc up then reading it like an old PC

It is a Kinect bundle i bought earlier this year and is also my 2nd box as my day one had the known drive grunting so went back.

Is this a normal noise? i have not noticed it before but thats not to say it hasnt always done it.

Xbox one will not play games

Mine also is not reading discs makes clicking noise when i put it in then after a bit tells me disc not recognized please insert xbox one disc have tried 3 games nothing works. I have done the update too

 

won't read discs

same problem here. 360S console. worked fine up until I did the update this morning. some discs work, some don't. makes funny noises when reading discs that wont load.

 

Hi there yes that is normal its reading the disc that you inserted into the console.

Hey, my xbox one makes noise when i put a game in. i have Turtle beaches & i cant hear the noise while playing the game but without the headphones, i hear it. its not that loud but its noise when the game is playing, It doesnt happen when its on home screen.
i have no idea what to do with. its Day one edition too. i called Xbox support they said, every xbox does this because the game is so much for the xbox to take. & they wont replace it probably & i dont have 400 dollars to replace it. Does anybody have ideas?
