Noise of a loose tiny ball moving inside console

I've had my xbox 360 console for almost one year and just recently I noticed a strange noise inside the console when I moved it to install it at my mother's house.

It's like if there is some tiny ball (or something like it) loose inside the console that moves from side to side when the console is moved or swung in any way. I hear it every time I turn off the console, lift it and swing it a little.

Despite this noise, the console works normally.

Is it normal? Does any one have had some similar issue with their consoles? Considering that my warranty is near its end, should I contact support and ask for repair?

    Thanks

    :)

Can someone do me a favor and check their 360 Kinect for me?

I'm selling mine. It sounds like there is a loose ball bearing inside this thing. I'm thinking it may be normal since it works. Can someone check their 360 Kinect and let me know it sounds like there is a loose ball bearing moving around inside

    Thanks.

Is there a way to fix without disassemble the console?

If its working properly, I would probably leave well enough alone. But that does not mean that this is right. Something inside has either broken off, or maybe gotten in somehow. Right now it is not causing a problem, but that does not mean it will not cause
a problem sooner or later. It might be best to send it in for repair, but that would be up to you to decide. For the time being I would avoid moving the console very much as it might cause whatever is moving inside to damage the console.

If you still have warranty send it in now.

You can call support or you just request a repair by clicking on your account in the top right on here.

Then go to "Manage Devices" and then request a repair.

If you did not register your console, do it before the repair service it will show the date your warranty ends.

    HDmI port

Lots of tiny pins that has to line up perfectly with the corresponding pins inside the HDMI port. If the HDMI port is loose fitting, then the pins of the HDMI cable can't maintain a quality connection.

    Static in Mic

Got a new mic and all is well. The problem was the wire inside the plug, when I moved it, I was told it made even more noises. The design of the headphone plug doesn't give you a place for your finger to pull it out by the plastic, and you wind up pulling
on the wire, and pull it loose.
