    My case has been escalated since Friday the 6th of February.

    I still have no reply, first I would be contacted back withing 3 - 5 hours after escalation. After that it went to
    24 - 48 hours. That turned into you'll hear from us eventually. I opened a chat yesterday to find out what the deal is and when my case would finally be solved by giving me what I'm entitled to; a new console. I refer to:

    The support agent could not tell me when my case would be handled and told me to just wait it out. This is not acceptable since i'm already waiting for 12 days, now 13 without any answer for a console that's not even a month old. I'm not asking for much,
    just that Microsoft lives up to it's own promise and provides the new console. I even offered to give me a black console instead of my currently owned white model since that edition is not in stock for some reason.

    I want a reply from Microsoft a.s.a.p in this matter.

    hahahaha......[Mod Removed].... after the warranty, just few month ago, my hard dri e make noise (tictictictictic) on or off she make the noise......microsoft say......your warranty is finish just pay again for replacement console......what???
    i must pay two years after i buy it over 100$ for replacement??? wow.... stupid console. next time i buy

    I am very sorry to see the situation you are currently in! This isn't what we want our customers to go through, and I hope I can provide some clarity and insight. Noise issue STILL NOT RESOLVED: [Mod Removed] :)

    Due to limited stock for special edition consoles (which your Sunset Overdrive white console is), we are unable to provide replacement consoles. We repair those consoles, and you should receive a regular console in place of this until your console is repaired.

    The phrasing used for those articles isn't reflecting the true nature of the situation. We will replace your console, but with a certified replacement console through our repair options. This is the only way this can be done.

    Because of your situation, I have passed your information along to the appropriate teams. Please ensure your contact information is accurate on
    account.live.com so that they may be able to reach you.

    Hi Quinzel,

    So what you are saying is that everyone that didn't buy a standard black one will have these issues?

    To sum it up, I bought a white console last month, it's failing with a known issue. I can't get normal treatment like a customer how has a black model, and will get a temp console to use while mine is out for repair. I then could get a replacement console
    back instead of my white one and that could have over a hundred hours of run time already under it's belt. So in fact i will get an older console with more usage then my purchased product.

    It all sounds very unsatisfactory. But I guess I have no choise right?

    If you are willing to send me a regular loan console and then let me send in my white console, why not do this: Microsoft will directly send me a replacement (regular model so the black one) I will send in my White one and you can keep that. If there is
    anything wrong again (and i've read enough material to know there probably will be), then I can have better and quicker service from you with a black console than a White model. Which is sounds very surreal but sad and true.

    Can you please give me a reply on this?

    Don't take this personally, issues happen and there is always a solution if you are willing to look for it. Now the offline update solution was mentioned before: Did you gave it a try? Are you still experiencing this issue?

    Controller disconnect issues... still

    replaced 2 controllers replaced xbox still disconnects also occasionally now locks up after disconnecting have to remove battery. I can't use headset it causes disconnects more frequently

    OK, what the (MOD REMOVED)

    I've looked and I've seen a few reports of people having issues, but nothing more common that what happens with other versions of the console. I would assume it to still be under warranty, so I'd just send it back again. If you do and it STILL has issues,
    I'd demand a refund.
