    I am very sorry to see the situation you are currently in! This isn't what we want our customers to go through, and I hope I can provide some clarity and insight. Noise issue not resolved :)

    Due to limited stock for special edition consoles (which your Sunset Overdrive white console is), we are unable to provide replacement consoles. We repair those consoles, and you should receive a regular console in place of this until your console is repaired.

    The phrasing used for those articles isn't reflecting the true nature of the situation. We will replace your console, but with a certified replacement console through our repair options. This is the only way this can be done.

    Because of your situation, I have passed your information along to the appropriate teams. Please ensure your contact information is accurate on
    account.live.com so that they may be able to reach you.

    Feel encouraged to post up the results of this situation on here! We want to make sure you're all sorted out. Noise issue not resolved :)

    Go to settings then system then console info there you will see the latest OS which should be
