    Noise Hard Disk


    Hello

    I wanted to get some information on my console . is a bit of time I noticed that my console has a strange electrical hum coming from hard drive I think , I do not know what you have to help me know ?
    PS : Initially I thought it was the fan then I found out that comes from hard disk as if it goes to search files for continuously, noise is not permanent, but it comes and goes . thank you

    If your Xbox makes the loud noises while you play a game its normal,try installing the game on your hard disk for less noise.

    I have the exact same issue it only started about an hour ago, comes on every 5-10min and lasts about 1-3min

    you know if and normal ? perhaps restoring the console and lonerando the memory solves ?

    Xbox hardware improvements

    If the next xbox uses blu ray disks there will be no more need for disk changing. When the original xbox 360 launched the battle between HD DVD and Blu Ray was still going on. When HD DVD lost, Xbox discontinued that disk drive.

    As for the noise, if you install the disk to the hard drive there is no noise.
