    Hello

    When I am seeing something from the Netflix app or a dvd / Blu-ray movie, I am getting an noise from the console. Not really loud but loud enough to hear it when there are some quiet scenes in the movie.

    The strange part is when i am playing a game - then there is no noise absolutely (other than from the game)!

    I think it's coming from the disc-drive but not sure.

    The question is, what do I do - do I contact support to get it examined or what ?

    Hope someone can help me ?

    XBL services down, cannot play downloaded games

    Can't watch TV on xbox (hulu,Netflix) so I try popping in a disc movie...can't even watch that because "blue ray app" isn't a disc.

    BUG: With Dolby Atmos activated, all apps used Fallback to PCM 2.0

    I can confirm this bug with the Dolby Atmos app.

    My setup: Denon X4200W receiver with Xbox One S.

    Atmos works fine in the Dolby Atmos app, Blu-Ray and Netflix (the movie Okja is the only Atmos movie on Netflix). All other Netflix videos and Xbox apps default back to 2.0 down mix as posted above.

    Got the oktober Update and now the ONE is silent like it's supposed to be Noise from Xbox One with netflix app and movie-disc :)

    Hi,

    All you will need to to is link your account to the Netflix app one your Xbox one,

    1. install and open the Netflix app

    2. Sign in or follw the on screen instructions

    3. enjoy you movies

    Dolby Atmos on Xbox One X = issue !

    Hi Napalm

    Because my tv set Samsung is not so new and doesn't decode Dolby Atmos that is the reason for which I bought the XBOX ONE X to install the Netflix app in Xbox and to take out the Dolby Atmos from Xbox in Onkyo amplituner.

    Now, when I open the Netflix app on Xbox I can see which movie has or not the sound in Dolby Atmos. This feature can't see directly on Netflix app on Samsung because tv set Samsung is an old version and doesn't have eARC.

    Now, like I said ALL the GAMES and ALL the movie (Netflix) played on XBOX are in Dolby Atmos , no matter that they are or not in that sound format. THIS IS THE "PROBLEM".
