Noise apparently on Xbox one s fan (brand new console)

Ho, i just got a brand new Xbox one s, beautiful game, but i notice a anoing noise apparently on fan, like a bee noise, this noise is not all right l, my old Xbox 360 never did noise, also my ps3 and ps4 don't do any noise, please where do i go to fix this?

Since you mentioned that the console is brand new, are you able to return the console back to the place of purchase to have it exchanged?

If not, then you would definitely want to set up a repair order with Microsoft / Xbox. Since you've obviously owned it for less than a year

you'd be under the 1 year manufacturer warranty.

I think it's best if you go to support, there you report the event, and indicate the best option, send the console for analysis, or exchange if it is still under warranty.

As you mentioned, the console is brand new, so that should not happen.

Hi, tks for reply me.

There is nothing on top of console and never was, i have long long time experience with games, computer, electronic devices, and i would never di this mistake. I found weird because the noise start on first time turn it on, i was doing the initial configuration
on i notice this bzzzzz on fan area. Please i need to have this fixed because i don't like noise on my head, it is disturbing. Tks
