Noctis download/refund trouble for Tekken 7

I have been playing warzone and i have just download tekken 7.

I bought the Tekken 7 dlc packs on Monday August 23rd and I didn't get the downloads for it please help me out with this

I did download both of them and might give Tekken 6 a try one day. I never play fighting games but I did play through Tekken 7 back when it was free to play one weekend about a year ago.

If you just ordered Tekken 7, you won't immediately receive that code. The Tekken 6 code will be messaged to you within 7-10 days from time of purchase.
