    Nobody is responding to my account re-Instatement forms


    So a year ago my Microsoft account was locked for a violation of the code of conduct I’ve done the compliance lock forum countless times and they aren't responding to me and I have no idea why I’m not even getting the CDOC case management email anymore and when I do I get no response if someone could help me figure this out it would be much appreciated.

    When you say your account was locked, was this an Enforcement action against your Xbox account?

    If not, what type of service was you using before the account was locked.

    The Australian forums never got re-instated. We had a good community there for years. And nobody knows who to talk to about it. These forums are a mess. There was so much info in the old forums, castle crashers, other games, walkthroughs, etc. :(
