    Nobody has been able to help me.


    I'm not sure what to do, to get my promotion that I should have received 2 months ago. So now, nobody is responding to me. I have emailed e-prize (hello world) a couple times, and they are not responding. So it looks like I'm just not getting my promotion.
    Xbox @ e-prize couldn't resolve it, 2 customer service reps from e-prize (Helloworld) couldn't resolve it, and I have gotten ZERO help from this forum.

    Is this EVER going to be resolved?

    I am also having this problem mate and nobody has been able to help me. I literally waited 2hours to talk to live support and they couldn't tell me what the problem was.

    Basically, that promotion 2 months ago where you send in a picture of your reciepts and you get $5 for each receipt in the form of codes (The "Get the Most" promotion), I never got my codes even after 2 months have passed. I was talking to one rep from hello
    world/e-prize, and she has done nothing and now she hasn't responded back in 2 weeks. I've tried to contact every email I could find, and no responses back, so now I'm trying this forum. I was told I should have received the codes but I haven't and apparently
    they have tried to send replacement codes but I have not received them. I feel like they're just waiting for me to give up so the rep doesn't have to bother with me or something, because after 2 months of nothing getting done its kinda odd. I mean they just
    have to generate some codes and send them to me right?

    Ah, I participated in that myself. Unfortunately that means your receipts were not eligible for it. I received mine about 5 days after I submitted mine. Same for a few friends.

    No the rep said the receipt was eligible. It was a $15 Xbox currency card and the receipt had all the necessaries. They said it was an eligible reciept and I should have received it and that they sent the codes. But they keep saying there are "technical
    difficulties". 3 of them to be exact. I just am wondering if there are other contacts that can get this resolved, like a different email, or a phone number I can call. Because the problem is that I think I just got a rep that has no idea what they're doing,
    and it would be nice to talk to someone higher up.

    Xbox Support can't help you directly with this. The promo was held by eprize, as you said.

    Visit that page. There is a form on the bottom to send an email. Providing your purchase was eligible, they'll take care of you. Did you purchase a physical card or did you purchase it online and have it digitally delivered?

    I've already contacted them. I've talked to one of the reps since the issue happened. I have since attempted to contact them in hopes of getting a new rep 2 separate times, with no replies from any of the 3. One of which is the rep I have been dealing with
    whom has stopped replying to my emails.

    It was a hard copy, not digital. I bought the physical card at a store.

    I'm afraid that's all I can offer to try and help. That's the area to contact them since Xbox Support can't do anything with it as far as I know.

    Thank you for your help. So far you've helped me more than everyone else I've spoken to COMBINED. Hopefully an Xbox rep will see this thread and give me some new information on how I can get this resolved.
