Nobody else spoke up

some perve was making conversation with an obviously very young kid when he asked the child to send him a picture of himself. i had to put my headset because i dont usually wear it unless i'm with friends. so i said in essence no quotes; kid dont listen
or talk to that guy because he is a pervert. go tell your parents,now. and i told the perve not to talk to that kid,leave him alone and that i was going to report him and i started trying to look up the persons gtag and file a complaint. came back in the room
and and he said he legally had to say that he was just released from a mental institution and proceeded to continue to talk to this kid he just wanted to know what he was wearing...and asked for a picture again and i went off and said leave that kid alone
"i will hunt you down" hoping he thought i could trace him - i dont know that kind of stuff or the police would be on it now! the kid was telling him enough of the picture stuff "thats weird". somebody else was talking from prevoius conversation i did not
hear reponding to the perve saying your scaring me-i didnt hear why and since he sounded older and was not sticking up for the child as i know and did not want to get distracted. i said to the room u guys report this guy and i hope they did but my point is
NOBODY, NOBODY STUCK UP OR TRIED TO STOP THIS - CRIME! i can not believe it, reminds me of the show - what would you do. probably thirteen other people in that room - what are the statistics? i did'nt know where to place this but decided to put it here to
reach more people. its not over yet! the mods can forward it to uncle bill if they want and frankly it might be a good idea for him to take a stance on the issue. this is not the only case-do something about it now because i will keep this and forward it to
facebook, twitter and anywhere i can if i dont here something is getting done to track this guy down. i wont post the kids gtag but i can give it to msoft and they can do something more than ban the perve. chemical castration and muting would be a nice start,
maybe a lobotomy - okay so leave me off the jury, i would appreciate some input folks and ask you to do something when you hear this kind of abuse to a child and yes even another adult. im not marshall dillon but i could not in good conscience let this go

Party Chat Issues

Recently, my friends and I have been in parties and nobody could hear each other. Party chat was on and the green circle would light up when I spoke. Has anyone else had this problem?

I spoke with the support of xbox and they told me that I had to do this post for the enforcement team to respond and could give me a solution, I do not know what else to do, nobody gives me answers.

 

No mods will act on this here, you need to report on your console.

 

Some parents do a horrendous job of parenting.

 

Others may not have spoken up because they didn't hear anything. Many folk don't wear headsets or listen to game chat.

If you do post again may I suggest putting paragraphs in. Lots of people wont read 'wall-o-text', so you could have very valid issues that people just don't bother reading.

 

I would also post about this on the enforcement forums so that the enforcement team can look into this,

 

^^ That isn't what the enforcement forums are there for. As Owen previously mentioned, the OP will need to report the gamertag in question via his/her console.

 

i did report on console and considered making a phone call but thoughtr this would get more exposure and maybe even snowball into an issue to be dealt with...

 

It won`t snowball into anything here, as no one here is able to act on it.

A phone call will do nothing either.

Reporting and blocking on your console is all you can do.
