no xbox x logo on startup ..

i have a issue with my xbox x ..a update caused my console to crash ..it sent me straight to the troubleshoot screen .tryed a factory reset but still nothing ,so i was told by microsoft support to download the osu file and do an offline update,,console
booted back as normal i was very happy until i noticed on startup no xbox logo screen ..is there an update for this issue..my games work as normal ..but no xbox logo screen ..can ayone help thku

Hi, this is sounds like the afretmaths of hard reset. It's not a problem.

But, how I remember, you can return the logo, if you use offline update when next a big OS update will released

Do you mean the Xbox One X intro before the standard green startup screen is missing? If so, go to your display settings and check if the output is 4k. If it is, then theres nothing to worry about. Your X is working as normal, only the startup is
missing. Theres no need for a replacement

turned on xbox today start up screen is back on now...thku for your help

ive had this console a year and half

been on xbox live 13 years spent a lot of money and still I have to pay to get it fixed ..ive been a loyal cutomer ...is it possible for a replacement please I would be very grateful thankyou...
