No xbox support phone number that works?

After saying no to the automated messages 6 times i was able to request a call back. The billing team was very helpful and was able to find the account using the card number. I just wish they had an actual phone line or make the request for a call back
more transparent.

This is frustrating for sure. However if you can't remember any info at all for the account I'm pretty sure they can't search the card info specifically on it's own. You may have to cancel the card entirely and request a new one.

You should be able to get a phone call by going to support.xbox.com then contact us, billing issues, no thanks to the virtual assistant, click on other (or one of the other issues), then click on request a call.

^ Does that for me too, also the Phone lines aren't working properly at the moment, sometimes it'll disconnect you and other times you wait for 10 mins and then it just drops.
