    No Xbox Rewards Received After Spending Money


    I spent money on supply drops recently and I bought a game and I thought that for xbox live rewards, you get points for spending money on Microsoft products/on the xbox store, yet I didn't get even one point for rewards, could someone tell me why?

    No Xbox Rewards Received After Spending Money

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either need to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. In-game
    consumables are not eligible for credits unless there is a specific offer for them.

    I don't care anymore, I spent 1.000 USD with Xbox Games and I've never received a single reward, not a single gift. Microsoft is the worst support ever when it comes to rewarding their customers. I am going to spend my money in other platforms.
