No Xbox Rewards Credits deposit

I have 13800 credits pending for over 2 months. I'm 5 years on program and it's the first time that takes so long.

Still no deposits of rewards?

Is there any news of when deposits will be fixed for xbox rewards? I have over 13,000 rewards credits and I have no deposit button and no rewards have been deposited in months. When will this be fixed? This has been going on for a ridiculously long time.

There is no way to deposit Rewards Credits outside of the scheduled deposit dates.

Hello Chronix GRE,

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your British Rewards Account region and your Greek Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. Note that Greece is not a Rewards region, so this issue can only be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com)
to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

Microsoft Rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? They are 2 different programs so the points/credits work differently.

If this is for the Xbox Rewards program, you can request a deposit if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. The request deposit button would be listed on the MyRewards section of the site and the credits will be deposited on the date
listed on the site at the time that you make the request. If you have over 5,000 credits pending, they would already be scheduled for a deposit. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you reach 5,000 pending. So if you get to
5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.
