    Hi - As you will see from my Xbox account, I have been liaising with the Xbox Reward support team for over two years about an issue with redeeming my Xbox rewards. This issue has not been fixed and despite reassurances that your team were working on fixing
    your 'back-end' issue; I have no update on a conclusion.

    In the meantime I have continued to make purchases from your store with the explicit understanding that I would receive my 10% rewards.

    Given your lack of commitment to fixing this issue, the time that has passed and the sheer lack of communication in relation to your progress in fixing the problem I have no confidence that you intend to put this right. Therefore, I have taken advice from
    the Trading Standards Authority here in the UK - to advise me on how to progress. I have been advised to allow you a further 21 days in which to release the credits/funds that were promised to me (as part of your terms and conditions of sale).

    If, in 21 days, this has not been fixed I will lodge a formal complaint to the UK Trading Standards Authority who will investigate my complaint with you.

    It goes without saying that I regret this course of action. However, as a loyal customer of the MS Corporation I have spent a considerable amount of money in your store in the last few years. I am hugely disappointed with your lack of support in this
    issue - My confidence in your company has been severely impacted.

    4 Years + Any benefits?

    I'd recommend joining Xbox Live Rewards if that's what you're looking for. I'm coming up on 6 Years on my XBL account. Been a part of the Xbox Live Reward scheme for over 2 years and managed to get 1100 Microsoft Points back from it.

    I don't think it will ever be free or be taken away, it would be nice if it was cheaper but it is very affordable for me to do for a year. I take advantage of every opportunity I get for rewards such as Bing rewards. I use it a lot for school and have
    used the rewards for years of Live, so I haven't had to pay for over 2 years.

    a problem with an error on the database. Unfortunately, we have still not received a resolution for this issue from the team working on a fix. Apologies for the inconvenience that this delay is causing.
