No "Xbox" related apps on Windows 10 will login (no error message)

I've been fighting with this issue for months. Hopefully I can get some assistance.

What happens is when trying to use the Xbox (Beta) app for Windows 10 or any other similar app (for example, the Games Pass app) the application will launch just fine. I go to sign in, enter my information, it tells me it was a success, then when I click
"Let's Play" I'm still not signed in. I can sign in, it tells me the sign in worked, and I'm still not signed in. Ever.

I've tried just about everything. Here are some of the things I can remember:

• Restart my computer (about a few hundred times)
• Check for Windows Updates
• Check for Microsoft Store updates
• Uninstall, reinstall, update, repair, reset, etc every Xbox related app on the computer
  
• Tried to install Xbox Identity Provider (Microsoft Store says it has been, but shows up nowhere on my machine)
• Signed into a local account and then back into my Microsoft account for my computer
• Signed into my Microsoft account on other devices (to check it works)
• Verified that my time settings are set automatically
• Ran the Apps troubleshooter
• Followed more online guide attempts than I can possibly recall
• Called Microsoft support (refused to help, said to call Xbox support)
• Called Xbox support (refused to help, said to call Microsoft support)

I'm trying to use the Game Pass for PC but it's a huge pain to use without the Xbox apps working... since for whatever reason Microsoft decided to have the
PC game pass operate through Xbox apps. For any non-Microsoft game I can simply get around these garbage apps by using the Microsoft Store to download them.

However, I cannot use any Microsoft game such as Sea of Thieves (code: ashbeard) since those
require sign ins and this issue prevents a sign in (with no error messages or prompts).
