No xbox live rewards points being added to my account.

my reward points for monthy subsriptions are not being added to my xbox live rewards amount since 2014 when i last used my xbox 360 . i have a xbox one now and been getting live gold subs for the last 6 months so microsoft need to sort this out username

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information. If you have recently purchased Fortnite, we have not yet received that purchase, so it is too early to see Credits pending. From the FAQ for the offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed filling your progress bar, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

As for your Destiny 2 pre-order purchase, we see that it has correctly filled out the 1 punch on your Games on Demand punchcard. As stated in that offer's FAQ, that offer requires 3 eligible title purchases to complete.

It generally takes about 96 hours for the program to update after making a purchase if it is eligible for an offer. Keep in mind that Fortnite had to be purchased on or after July 25 in order to qualify so it would be too early to see credits for that offer
pending. Destiny 2 would show as a punch on your games on demand punchcard if you preordered it on or after July 1.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

We do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold unless you are referred by a friend to upgrade to gold.
