No Xbox live rewards added to account since 25/07/14 ??

Hi I signed my son up for Xbox live rewards in 2012 and the last 3 rewards showing are still pending and are from as far back as 2014. I paid for many subscriptions, packages and games since then on Xbox live but none of these are showing in the rewards
and the last reward showing is 25/07/14 who's is still pending !

As it's been over 2 years since any rewards have been updated there are far to many to list here what should be added.

So could someone who is able to access my account information to see the total of missing rewards contact me to advise me on what to do ?

Years of service incorrect?

BongKaos if you read the OP he also asked " Lastly in my Xbox live rewards screen, it only says I have been a member since 12/30/2010. " This only refers to the age of the Xbox Live Rewards account and not Live tenure, so my answer IS correct. My Xbox Live
Rewards date is 12/14/2010. My Xbox Live Gold tenure is 11 years back to 07/2003. 2 totally different things and people who joined when Live Rewards was created will have similar dates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Regarding your Credits, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit,
you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
