No XBOX Live Reward deposits or 18 months

Hi - I've not received a reward deposit in about 18 months. I am asked continuously to update my account details, which I have done and I have even spent ages on the phone to MS Billing to make sure that my billing and account settings are correct and in-sync
(which they are)... Funny that the account settings are set-up well enough that all my subscription fees are charged, without delay!

Despite continuously chasing for a resolution (on this forum, via Twitter and via the support team), my issue persists - I have nearly 200k reward points that I want to redeem.

I feel that I've been patient enough in giving the rewards team time (18 months!) to address this - I now have no confidence that they are actually doing anything to help me.

Does anyone know how I can escalate this issue within XBOX/Microsoft?

Have you gone to the Xbox live rewards section on Xbox.com and requested an early deposit??

Normal rewards deposits are by the 15th or end of each month if you have 5,000 credits and over

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There was no deposit scheduled for the 14th. The first deposit for this month took place on the 12th. If you requested a deposit on or after the 9th, the
credits would be scheduled for the end of the month deposit.
