No xbox live connection while test saying everything is good

Hi all

My friend has an issue with her xbox one. There is no connection to xbox live (friends payments store games) but when she has done the tests everything is fine. She already cleared Mac address and persistent storage, done the hard reset and it's still nothing.
We were on a live chat with tech support and done some additional tests but it looks fine from their end. She didn't change absolutely anything from yesterday since that happened. Any idea what is going on?

I cannot connect to xbox live

Yes it's quite annoying, it does work after a while, but I have no idea why. I have 10 months xbox live, of which it looks like I'll spend a month of it testing my connection!

Can't connect to Live

Booted up the Xbox and it won't connect to Live. Tried two accounts, rebooting router and all network tests. The network tests are saying everything is fine and I can't find something that says "Connect to Live" anywhere. Any help? Frustrating as hell!

 

Her profile may have gotten corrupted, try this and see if it helps , go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles (make sure you have the email and passwords to get them back) then shut down the Xbox by holding the Xbox logo on the console
for 8 seconds till it shuts down , also unplug your modem and router for a minute or so to clear them out too....when your modem and router come back online , turn on the Xbox , when it comes all the way back up , re add your profile....it may sit there and
sync a short while but should be good afterwards....

 

We kinda figured that out by ourselves yesterday. Everything got back to normal after factory reset on a console. Thanks anyway.
