    What Country/State/Province do you live in? Bulgaria (currently)

    Router brand & model number: TP Link

    How many consoles do you have connected to this router? 1

    Wired or wireless (for each console): Wireless

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? internal

    Things you have tried:

    Is UPnP Enabled? Unknown

    Any Error Codes you encounter: if I click on "Download Profile" I get 80151909, no error codes during xbox live test.

    After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

    W:0000-0021

    X:0000-F001

    Y:0088-1C40

    Z:0000-0000

    ID:FFFF-FFFF

    L:8015-1000

    Q:8007-0435

    T:Wireless

    D:192.168.1.1

    S:WPA2

    C:1


    I have gone through all types of troubleshooting, including chat support and my ISP, nothing fixes the issue. Nothing has changed since I set the Xbox up a couple of months ago, my home network is fine and the same, all devices but the Xbox connect and operate
    just fine.

    During the network test, I get connected to the network, then the internet but can't connect to Xbox Live, I only get the "Failed" message without an error code.

    I have cleared system cache and formatted my hard drive multiple times, I've reset my network settings to factory defaults and ran the initial setup countless times too.

    In the meantime, I lost all of my saves and deleted my profile from the console. So now I can't even play offline games. My Gold membership is still active, which makes it all even more frustrating.

    I tried connecting through a hard wire but then it's even worse. It fails the second stage of the test where it's supposed to connect to the internet before connecting to Live.

    Funny thing is, after the test failure it does tell me most of the Xbox services are up and running (besides that matchmaking alert which has been on for the last few days) so it must be connected in a way.

    Umm.. Day 9 here. Can anyone at least recognize a faulty value on any of those lines?

    I also live in Bulgaria and I have EXACTLY the same issue. Absolutely nothing helps, I tried everything and still can't connect. It has been like that since 30.12 (9 days just like you). Every other device exept the xbox 360 connects just fine without any
    problems. Luckily I didn't delete my profile so I can still play offline but this is really frustrating. No idea what's causing this nor how to fix it but I doubt it is on my end. Can anybody say what is going on?
