    No Xbox Games I download on App can be played


    I have downloaded multiple games using the Xbox App, and none of them allow me to play them. I get the same error message each time, something like this.

    It says the filepath does not exist. But I can literally go through my folders and find that path. I've taken ownership of the folder and all subfolders, since I'm the only user, and it still can't 'find' that path. I've attempted installs on both an SSD
    and an HD. I've uninstalled and reinstalled games several times.

    A game that *just* came out today, Touhou, works, but that game is only like 300 megs. Yakuza 0, Minecraft Dungeons, Tell me Why, none of these games I've downloaded through the Xbox app are working and give me the same error each time.

    Subscribed to Gamepass but can't launch/download games

    Hi,

    Ori and the Will of the Wisps is an Xbox Play Anywhere title. This means that it can be downloaded from the Windows 10 Store.

    Ori and the Blind Forest is not a Play Anywhere title. To download the PC version of this game from the PC Game Pass you need the PC Game Pass App installed.

    Any way to transfer PC game license to a different microsoft account?

    log out of the xbox app and back in with the account that purchased the game, download the game then log out of the xbox app and back in with you new account, you can then play the game.

    Just like to point out that the Xbox app for PC is not required for Play Anywhere titles. All of those games can be downloaded from the Windows Store.

    Go to the App Store, or Google Play and download the Xbox app. You can then upload your game captures to Xbox Live, then use the mobile Xbox App to download your captures after they're uploaded to Xbox Live. You can also click on the share options for
    your captures and upload them to Onedrive and use the mobile Onedrive App to download to your phone.
