No XBOX [GAME PASS] APPS OPENING

Hello Community, I need help with this error/problem I have with my Xbox app & games.

I recently bought Game Pass Ultimate for my 64 bit Windows 10 Home PC [Version 21H2] [OS Build 19044.1348].

I currently have extremely high-grade specs such as 3950X Ryzen & 3090, so I know my computer hardware is not the problem.

Games such as FIFA 21, & F1 2019 have 100% of the time failure opening, in the taskbar, there seem to be no instances opening and closing, I click PLAY, and nothing happened.

WHAT I HAVE TRIED:

1. Resetting or "Repairing" Apps via Windows

2. Uninstalling game multiple times

3. Unplugging any unnecessary USBs, devices, etc.

4. Checking to find any interfering software

5. Searched online

I have found no solution to this.

I checked Event Viewer and this seems to occur when I try to open F1 2019:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{37399C92-DC3F-4B55-AE5B-811EE82398AD}

and APPID

{37399C92-DC3F-4B55-AE5B-811EE82398AD}

to the user BLD\extre SID (S-1-5-21-1287964491-1876097541-3658769225-1002) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.GamingApp_2111.1001.3.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe SID (S-1-15-2-1723189366-2159580849-2248400763-1481059666-1951766778-2756563051-3565589001). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

I have also tried going into regedit into APPID's and giving administrators full control, however I get access denied.
