    Pre-ordered blackops 4 blackout and never received my beta pass code. How do i get it?

    HDMI pass through with Xbox one?

    Hi Blackout.

    You need the Xbox on for the HDMI pass through to be active

    If you pre-ordered digitally there is no code. Just search the store for "Blackout" and download from there.

    No XBOX game code for blackout pass

    If you pre-ordered digitally you don't receive a code. You should automatically have access to the beta.

    Otherwise, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from.

    Unfortunately the Call of Duty Black Ops IIII: Blackout-Private Beta is now closed.

    For future reference when you pre-order a game directly from your console you may not receive a specific BETA code. Most often you would need to install the BETA itself as a stand alone download by searching for it in the Store section of your Xbox One.

    Sorry to hear it. If the game pass isn't allowing you to watch the games then perhaps there's a blackout in your region. Please contact the service to see if there's an issue
