No Xbox app notifications mobile

I've been using the xbox app a lot recently on my new tablet, but I've noticed that a lot of the time my friends will message and invite me to parties but it wont pop up, I got pop up notifications on my OLD tablet, a samsung galaxy 3, but I do not receive
them on my new one, every tutorial just says "Go to the notifications tab" but there is no notifications tab for me in the settings, just general and admvanced, I have no clue how to fix this and it's been an issue for over 3 months.

I have not made any changes to my account besides changing my profile picture, bio and location, my device is an Amazon silk tablet, the app does not require any updates, it was downloaded with an APK, and the issue has have been there since I downloaded
the app about 3-5 months ago.
