No X-Axis flip on LS or RS

Some people are pilots. Sopme are not. that's why Y Axes are flippable in the Xbx Controller OS app.

But in the 90's some people ere exposed to Doom, and the X-axis is the only ay youcan ave it.

Others were exposed to Super mario 64 and had C left and C right to make Lakitu go left and right respectively, which is different than YOU turning left and right.

And there are weird consequences of that.

You turn the wrong way in Nintnedo's own Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild, let a lone a lot of 3rd person Xbox games where you think "move Lakitu"

And the weird thing in Zelda is that the motion controls are reversed because your cameras is reversed. World Trade Federation?!? Why did Nintendo assume if you want to flip the stick, you automatically want to flip your motion controls horizontally, let
alone have no option to have motion control be independent of the RS movements.

There are just as many Xboxers born and raised on Super Mario 64 as there are on Doom.

Finally LS should be flippable so that a fight stick that maps to analog could be reversed for an ambidexterous joystick.

Then the ones gane devs think of are on the game options, and the ones that aren't are for the accessories app.

I don't personally flip them (invert them) but I do think that all games should at least offer it as an option.

There is the Xbox Accessories app yes, but, one of the things I wanted to swap was a trigger with one of the four ABXY buttons. That still isn't possible with the app.

I see your point but I mean I want buttons to be remappable in general. Not sure who that really falls on the game dev or the company designing the console. I only want certain buttons remapped on certain games so I'm more inclined to put the responsibility
on the game dev, but some native remapping isn't exactly a horrible plan either.

I understand the gist of your argument here, I too agree that its true different circumstances in life have raised a few separate groups of people with their preferred style of play when it comes to things like controllers and ultimately how they like
their movements customized. I personally prefer the whole modern FPS style of movement, which I'm guessing is the Doom style? Correct me if I'm wrong, its been ages since I played the original Doom. But also you gotta think, modern controllers are designed
with adaptability for both redesign and for the player's ease of use in mind. Its forward thinking for product design and game companies always wanna use control schemes that are easy to get the hang of.
