    No Wireless


    Hello,

    My Xbox One does not find any
    wireless     networks.

    And tells me a hardware problem.

    But when I plug an ethernet
    cable, internet works    .

    But the same error appears when I do a
    connection test.

    What is the problem ?

    No Wireless

    what router do you have what ISP? You should post more details so someone can help you.

    be always sure you run the latest Firmware for your router. Is it possible that your router hides your SSID?

    My ISP is French and is Numericable .

    When I manually enter my SSID, xbox says she take charge as the WAP2 , WAP and WEP . Yet my router is WPA2.

    Xbox does not update the available networks, and if I get any SSID the same message appears .

    I have no problem on PC. And I get between 3 and 5 different wifi. Including mine.

    I would try to factory reste my xbox. Then try again.

    im having the same very problem and cant even play my xbox as i cant get past the initial set up! did you find out a way of fixing this??
