no wifi connection when 4k is use

my xbox one s, can't connect to my wifi when the output video is 4k. when i choose 1080p i can connect my wifi. i've restore the xbox, and it not resolve my problem.

Network bridge stops working when I make a different wifi connection?

I am using Win 7. I have an xbox 360 connected to the pc via powerline adapters, am sharing my video library and internet connection using internet connection sharing by bridging my lan and wifi connections.

When I am connected to my apartment's free wifi(SSID Tenant Wifi), the xbox 360 can share the internet connection and access the videos and music on my pc just fine. I am now trying to connect to a different wifi signal (xfinitywifi). When I connect the
pc can use the internet through the xfinitywifi just fine, but my 360 loses connection to both the wifi, and the pc in general. No music, no videos, no netflix. When I switch back to Tenant Wifi everything works normally again.

I have tried rebooting everything (pc, 360 and powerline adapters). I have tried going into the network settings and disabling the lan port, wifi adapter and network bridge, then re-enabling them again. None of this works.

Any ideas?

Can't connect to XBOX live. Xbox doesn't get IP-address

if wired connection is working fine - use it

if u need to use WIFI connection - disable wifi networking on router, set new name (ssid) enable wifi networking from router (keep secure with wpa2/psk at least), SET Wifi Channel to default, and SET COUNTRY ! try to connect through wifi

Do you encounter the same issue with outputting 4K when you use a wired connection? Also, are there any other wireless devices that may be interfering with your console's connection? In the meantime, we'd recommend unplugging your router/modem and your console
for five full minutes and then test connecting.

maybe the problem is that the router is too far from the console, when the console is in 4k the wifi signal get a little weaker, try to use it using a wired connection

The Wifi network adapter is disabled when having a wired connection. Nevertheless the One uses also a wifi connection to connect the controllers to it. So you wil never be able to disable all its wifi components entirely.

I use wire as well, when it was connected to WiFi the connection was iffy on my xbox

Finally, I took my Xbox one s to my friend's house and connected it to a 4K OLED TV. And I can see the 4K and HDR signals working fine. I used the same HDMI cable that was connected to the 4K projector. But when connected back to the projector and selected
the option Allow 4K I see the message the TV doesn't support 4K. But Allow HDR is fine on the Projector. I don't know where the issue is. The projector seems to work fine with Apple TV 4K, Firestick 4K and nVidia Shield TV with 4K HDR signals. The issue seems
to be with the Xbox the way its detecting the signal on the TV.
