No wifi at all

Today I had to move my xbox and use the wifi connexion but my xbox doesnt detect any wireless network. I did worked times ago with the same config, same router. I've tried everything from the network support page and nothing worked. It's like to wifi adapter
was disabled.... Any idea on what I can try?

I have the same issue on wifi, wired or no network connection at all. Very frustrating.

 

Hard wire Internet connection

wifi is definitely an accessory. look up accessory, it covers anything that can be added to make something more useful.

it a no kinect option has merit, then a no wifi, no blu ray, no internet at all, etc. options also have merit.

you cant argue for one without arguing for the other.

Sorry to hear about the WiFi issue! Are you able to get connected through a wired connection? I would try doing a full power cycle to see if your Xbox One will find WiFi networks afterwards. Follow these steps below to do so!

• Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once the unit is powered off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  
• Plug the power back into the unit and power the console on.

I've tried everything and notice that my Wifi Mac Address was 00-00-00-00-00... I did a factory reset of the console and now the console cant detect my wired network. So I cant boot the console to the dashboard anymore .

I guess i need to get my console serviced. What a bad timing!!
