No Webcam? No Configuration Tool.

Is that not a setting in your camera configuration? I don't use a webcam very often but I seem to remember there are setting in the configuration to correct that.

I just checked my camera configuration and there is a configuration setting to correct that. It is under advanced settings. I use a Logitech webcam. Good Luck!

Unfortunately, you cannot use the Xbox 360 kinect in One, but you can use a webcam or configure your cell phone to work as a kinect as in just dance

Mixer and Facebook are two different platforms. If you want your webcam to be configured for facebook on your xbox you need to do that through the apps settings. I'm currently unaware of that being possible however. I know you could in the kinect days.

Based on your information that you able to use your webcam on the WebCam Pip app on Xbox. What we can highly recommend for this is to directly contact the Twitch support because it might be there is a configuration needs to be done for you to be able to use your Webcam on Twitch.
