    No way to enter promo code to receive 50000 credits when buying an xbox one s


    I purchased a xbox one s on the microsoft store and i received a promo code to get 50000 rewards credits, but i did not find a way to entering the code into the system when i bought the xbox. All it said on the email i received is that you enter the code
    in the checkout stage of the process but there was nothing there, only the discount voucher section which did not do anything anyway.

    So my question is can i still get the credits even after the purchase because there was no way for me to enter the code and receive the credits anyway?

    Issue with Xbox Live Rewards code for upgrading to xbox one???

    Hi there,

    i am looking to buy a new Xbox one S from the microsoft store but when i enter the promo code from Xbox Live rewards to get the 50000 points for upgrading I get no notification that the code has been accepted. Is this normal? I have tried repeated times but
    it doesnt seem to change anything on the order form. Not sure if I should proceed or not, dont wanna miss out on the points.

    Any advice greatly appreciated

    The code itself is just to offset the price of expedited shipping, it's not required to receive the credits.

    Xbox One S upgrade 50000 point offer.

    In order for support to check into it, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. The 50,000 credit offer is not available to everyone, so you may not have been eligible for that offer and received the default 30,000 credit offer instead.

    In order to receive the free shipping, you had to enter the promo code. Not all consoles were eligible for free shipping. If you did enter the code and there was an issue, you would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if there
    is anything they can do about the shipping price.

    i don't receive 3 months of free promo code.

    I also have not received any promo code from this same promo event. I thought it was just gonna be considered free and not have to get a promo code. Money has been taken out. Didn't get a email or nothing about this promo so i have no way of knowing if
    it ever meant through.

    I did it through Xbox one.

    why can't Microsoft support help with this problem

    it depends hpw.you purchased it

    Via the console with a credit or debit card which is the correct wayof doing it

    Or.if you bought It with a prepaid code

    Which means you failed.to.vomplete the promo

    And yes it specifically says you need to buy the promotion on the dashboard

    Prepaid codes.isnt buying it as it's counts when you bought it at the store NOT when you enter it.in (previous purchase)

    Also should be noted codes are sent at a later date 6-8 weeks
