    No Way To Contact Microsoft Or Xbox Support - Broken Xbox


    Hi All,

    My Xbox looks to have broken, but I'm unable to contact Microsoft or Xbox Support in any capacity.

    I go to add information to my service order (https://account.microsoft.com/) but get greeted with the same ERROR every time, having tried multiple times throughout the day. The ERROR is below in quotations.

    "Sorry, something went wrong.

    We're not sure what happened but refreshing the page may help, or try again in a little while."

    With that not working I then look to use the Virtual Agent and request a callback (https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us/), but it never recognises my details, even though they are correct and comes back with the following.

    "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it.

    Try Again"

    Has anyone else run into this issue and found a way to get around this? Is there another way to get your Xbox registered for service and sent off for repair?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
