No way to allow Game DVR?

Hi,

It say that my device is not supported to record video or use the Game DVR... I know that my graphic card is the worst ever, but I still can record video with other software, so I don't understand why I can't use it. I understand that they can't allow me
to record in background, but they should allow me to record by myself.

HI You must allow the game t install. There is no way of playing directly from the disk.

 

How to allow a custom profile pic for my child?

Currently there is no way to allow child accounts to upload a custom pic.

 

It would probably result in very laggy video which Microsoft don't want to be displayed on their Upload App, resulting in a lower quality experience for people watching. This will make their App look bad. That's my speculation.

actually I have the requirements but games like fifa 15 have horrible recording ... very choppy. other games though perfect.

 

I have a different problem i keep getting "There is nothing to record. Play some more and try again" message.... anyway to fix that? If i want to record something im GOING to record it. I dont need some program telling me what i recorded isnt worth it.

 

I'm running GeForce GT 620 and am unable to utilize the recording feature despite the requirements:

•NVIDIA: GeForce 600 series or later, GeForce 800M series or later, Quadro Kxxx series or later.

I even looked into the models of GeForce and the model is a GeForce 600 series.

 

@ Marusame some times games may have a problem where like If you have a heavy game playing or have other programs running in the background there is no room for the recording to try to capture. you can try setting xbox game bar under task mananger and
right click on it (go to details if not on details) and set to a above normal priority. that should make it run better. (you can also try playing the game in tablet mode and see if that works as well)

what is the pc you are using? did you install that graphics card recently

 

No it wasn't recently installed it was installed prior to windows 10
