I watched HCS on Sunday two weeks ago while signed in with this account

I originally posted about the problem a week ago here.

No HCS Mixpot (Halo 5 Voices of War Req Pack)

I apologize if creating multiple replies on the post and this new post creates headaches for the support team. There is no clear indication what to do, how long I should expect to wait for support, etc.

I got hacked over a month ago and Xbox said they would do something but havent for a monthAnd

now I just got banned for communications until the 1st of March with No email or anything Why?

Call Xbox Support at 1-800-4MYXBOX (if you live in the United States). If you truly got "hacked" then they will assist you. Be 100% truthful about what happened, even if it's not something that was "allowed".

As far as the suspension goes, visit
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx and make a topic regarding the suspension.
