No voice communications after my privilege suspension was served.

I had recently served a privilege suspension worth a week of no communication. I could not send messages, nor could I hear or speak to other players. My suspension was lifted Saturday the 24th. However I still can not use voice communication. I can send
messages, and I can here the people in party chat, but they can not here me. I have 2 separate mice that work on other Xbox ones, and I have called support and run through their checklist. I was told this is a newer, but common bug and to post here. If
you could send me an update, or instructions on what I should do, it would be appreciated. The best way to reach me is through email, however if that is not an option, I will check back here in a day or so.

Welcome xbox team

i was suspended back in july and i already served my suspension and xbox never told me i was communication ban for months after my suspension.so i would love if you guys can uplift my communication ban

My friends cant hear me in the party chat

I Got suspended for voice communication and my suspension ended on December 1 and that i would get my privilege back. I join my friend party and my friends could not hear me, how can i fix this?

Ban/suspension forums aren't used anymore & haven't been since August.

In order to review all privileges that were revoked with your suspensions, please visit and log into the
Xbox enforcement Website

If it is labeled a communication suspension, this suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications, Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat.

Its called a console privilege suspension. This usually has a duration of 60 days and are usually given after an extensive amount of communication suspensions on your console OR 1 100 day communication being given to a profile on your xbox
