No virtual keyboard shows up

Afetr thew update when I go on a website or somewhere where it tells me to write something I can't coz the keyboard is not showing up. Please Help

Virtual Keyboard lock up

From your post, it seems like you are in the preview program. I recommend reporting the issue after it happens from your console if at all possible, and if not posting in the preview forums. For what it's worth, you're not alone with this issue, I've seen
a couple of other posts reporting the same thing.

i cant even get the virtual keyboard to show

The problem is that the onscreen keyboard or virtual keyboard will not appear whenever I try to search, enter passwords, or text the virtual keyboard never appears the cursor flashes a few times then stops the controller is completely unresponsive the only responsive button on the controller is the home button in the center of the controller which pulls up an onscreen menu that I still can't navigate because no other buttons on the controller are responsive but like I previously said this is only temporary but as soon as I need to pull up the virtual keyboard it happens all over again my virtual keyboard will not appear onscreen

Moving this up as its getting ridiculous having to hard reset my console 4-5 times a day just to use the keyboard.
