You can either purchase the backwards compatible titles through an Xbox 360, or on Xbox.com - once the purchase is complete they should show up on your Xbox One in the Ready to Install section of My Games and Apps automatically.

I would verify the game is a backwards compatible title and try the purchase on Xbox.com.

Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation is on the backwards compat list, you would need to purchase through the store on the
xbox or through xbox.com
