No VIP for November

Hi. I bought Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, ReCore, Titanfall 2, Batman: The Telltale Series, and Skyrim in November. I have received no VIP points for November.

I have also purchased Final Fantasy XV in December and it is not showing as part of the Christmas Tale promotion.

I have receipts for all. It would be great to get this sorted, please. Faith in Microsoft's digital platform is what made me return from PS4.

Havent earned credits for purchase

There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing that game. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, it would be included in the rebate you receive in mid-November.

 

Where are my credits

I bought 3 games from the Xbox store in November but have still not received the VIP credits or reward credits for doing so.

 

Keep in mind that VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it is too soon to see credits pending for November purchases. Also if any of the purchases went towards another offer on the site, they will
not be included in your rebate. For example, Recore would have counted towards the RoboRewards offer, so it will not be part of your rebate.

Credits for the December offer will be given 96 hours after you complete all of the chapters.

I can confirm Smwutches' responses as accurate. However, regarding the progress showing for your Final Fantasy purchase, I can confirm that it looks like there may be an issue properly showing this information on the webpage. We will investigate why this
