    No video

    Turning my Xbox on and all I can see is black and white lines across the screen, sound is there but no video just the black and white lines. Unplugging the avg cable doesn't make a difference to this. Can some one help?

    hi,

    When i hit the start button and go to my screengrabs and video's, i have a problem.

    When i try to watch a video from some of my own games, the video (inbuild app) just crashes.

    Tried it a few times and it keeps happening.

    Is this an external problem or is it the OS? We recently had a system update, and , well. :(
    Are we talking about an XBOX or the Gamebar for windows 10?

    There should be apps preinstalled on your console that allow you to upload videos, such as the upload studio for example. Try to see if that works, or download the app from the store if you don't already have it installed.
